B Ballin Club Policies & Code of Conduct
At B Ballin Basketball Club, we are committed to providing a safe, inclusive, and positive environment for all. The following policies apply to all players, parents, coaches, and participants involved in our club activities. Please read them carefully.
1. Membership Cancellation Policy
A 30-day notice is required for all membership cancellations.
- A final payment may still be taken after your cancellation request is submitted.
- All cancellation requests must be sent via email to:

- âť— Please do not cancel your Direct Debit directly with your bank unless the 30-day notice has been fully served.
Failure to follow this procedure may result in payment issues or delays in processing your cancellation.
2. Liability Disclaimer
B Ballin and its staff are not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage incurred during club activities or sessions.
3. Behaviour & Conduct
We reserve the right to remove any participant from the programme—without refund—for bullying, misbehaviour, or any disruptive conduct.
4. Medical Information
All medical conditions must be declared during registration. Please inform us of any updates by emailing:

5. Photography Consent
If you do not consent to your child being photographed for promotional purposes, please let us know via the email above or by phone. Please keep us updated if this preference changes.
6. Booking & Payment
Your booking is not confirmed until payment has been received.
📌 Paid spaces are given priority.
7. Illness Policy
Children should not attend sessions if they have been unwell within 48 hours of class.
8. Missed Sessions
We do not offer refunds for missed sessions due to personal reasons or individual circumstances.
9. Weather or Venue Disruptions
If sessions are cancelled due to bad weather, venue issues, or other uncontrollable circumstances, a make-up session will be offered. Refunds will not be issued in these cases.
Code of Conduct
All players, parents, coaches, and officials are expected to follow the B Ballin Code of Conduct. Breaches may result in suspension or removal from the club. We ask that parents review these expectations with their children.
A. Players
- Play fairly and by the rules; show respect to all.
- Follow coaches’ and referees’ instructions.
- Participate for enjoyment, not just results.
- Avoid offensive language or inappropriate gestures.
- Take care of club equipment and facilities.
- Uphold safety, inclusion, and mutual respect at all times.
B. Coaches & Volunteers
- Create a safe, inclusive environment for all.
- Treat everyone with dignity and fairness.
- Use age-appropriate, safe equipment and methods.
- Prioritise player wellbeing over performance.
- Maintain professional relationships with participants.
- Act as role models and report unethical behaviour.
C. Officials & Table Officials
- Be impartial, consistent, and safety-focused.
- Avoid conflicts of interest or unnecessary engagement during games.
- Respect all players, coaches, and spectators.
- Uphold the rules and the spirit of the game.
D. Parents & Spectators
- Encourage fair play, effort, and enjoyment.
- Be positive role models—no shouting, swearing, or negative behaviour.
- Respect coaches, referees, and opponents.
- Report inappropriate conduct to club staff.
- Cheer supportively and never engage in abuse or harassment.
